In order to ensure that the training drills are properly followed, pen down the activities scheduled for the week. Share this with the players so that they know what to expect and are prepared mentally as well as physically. When you carry out soccer drills daily, it is a good idea to distribute them between different segments so that there is a better understanding of results and expectations. When you are planning, do not forget to measure the strong and weak points of your kids so that you know where to focus more.

• Preparing the kids for the training schedule: Make sure to work out the kids a little bit before the actual session so that their bodies get ready for the actual session. If the kids do not get warmed up properly, it can lead to problems on and off the field. There is no need for elaborate warm up exercises.
